We live about 10km inland from Cannes in a heavily restored farmhouse that is at least 200 years old surrounded by olive trees, fruit trees, cacti and flowers. The back garden (west facing) often gets amazing sunsets while (as you might expect) the east facing front garden gets beautiful morning sunrises.
Your place is beautiful. A great place to escape to. We spent last year living in a restored stone village house near Fontainebleau and loved every minute of it.
